OCC Rainbowmaker Day 4

Welcome back I am a bit behind but here we have my day 4 of the Online Card Class Rainbowmaker homework for day 4. Today we learned about Rainbow Watercoloring. For my card I made a watercolor background using Ken Oliver's Liquid Metals. Once that was dry I added the Abstract stencil from MFT over my background and applied Faber Castell's Glass Bead Glitter Gel on tip using a palette knife. Once dry I cut it down into a card panel and added my die cut Congrats sentiment on to a vellum doily cut with the Spiro Doily Die from CP Designs.

Thanks for stopping by
Susan

OCC Rainbowmaker Day 5

Hello today is Day 5  of the OCC Rainbowmaker class and I am close to getting finished with my homework. Today is all about Rainbow Stenciling Mediums!! For my homework I chose to use embossing paste colored with Ken Oliver's Liquid Metals. Using my Dreamweaver embossing paste I colored up small bits of embossing paste with each color one at a time and spread them over the Circular Lace stencil from Simon Says Stamp. I have to say I am in love with soft colors I got with this technique.

For the sentiment, I layered 3 of the "best" sentiment from CP Designs over a cut out circle "wishes" from the Spot On stamp set from CP Designs. I added s few sparkling clear confetti pieces from PPP, some Spectrum Noir Glitter pen ti the sentiment.

Have a great Sunday !!

OCC Rainbowmaker Day 3

This class was all about die cutting our colorful rainbows. My card was made by gluing rainbow colored paper strips to form a large piece of rainbow paper and then die cutting it. I chose to use the Perfect Vine die from CP Designs and used it on this card.

Rainbow Maker Day 2

Today we learned about Rainbow stamping. There were three videos today WOW!!  For my card I chose another cute ballerina image fro the Tutu stamp set by CAS-ual Fridays and inked it up several times using my MISTI and using the same Rainbow of inks from Catherine Pooler Designs stamped out across my card panel.  I love it!!

That's all for today but the Class is not over yet, so please come back again for the next class creation.

Rainbow Maker - Day 1

I am a day late posting my creation for the Online Card Class - Rainbow Maker.  Day 1 was all about ink blending. For my card I ink blending my rainbow colors around the outside of my panel and over the Swoop stencil by CP Designs using Party Dress, Orange Twist, Tiara, Grass Skirt, Fiesta Blue and Flirty Fuchsia inks from CP Designs . The focal image is from the new Tutu stamp set by CAS-ual Fridays

I am in love with these cute ballerina's!!
